Villa Merida Luxury Mansion - Adults Only Boutique Hotel

A beautiful hidden oasis in the bustling city of Merida. Keep in mind, that you do have to walk a minimum of 20 minutes to get to the city. But if you take in consideration the amazing oasis you get to call home for the duration of your stay, it is certainly worth it. Very close to the hotel, there is also a big supermarket. Parking is just in the street, we were lucky and could park right in front of the hotel. Our room was stunning and was usually reserved for honeymoon couples. It had two floors, on the top floor there was the bedroom and on the ground floor there was a whole seating area and lovely bathroom. The courtyard and common areas were beautiful as well. We enjoyed the pool. A tip if you want a breakfast spot nearby: Galerón Club de café

We loved it. Very clean, calm, and relaxing. Batiste was a perfect host - he even came to the villa to help us when I accidentally locked myself out of our room one night. The pool is heated, they have a good laundry service and there is a very cuddly, cute black cat living on the premises. 10/10 would stay there again.

Locatie is iets verder weg van het centrum, maar te voet of simpelweg met een Uber ben je er zo. De host, Batiste, is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij staat altijd voor je klaar. Het hotel is werkelijk prachtig en er is tot in detail gewerkt aan de sfeer. Het zwembad is heerlijk en er is genoeg ruimte om te zitten. De kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het zijn absoluut geen minpunten, maar we kwamen er later pas achter dat er een keuken was waar je koffie kon pakken en zelf wat kon maken. Misschien hadden we deze informatie zelf gemist. Ook kwamen we de eerste nacht later aan, waardoor we moeite hadden met het openen van de deur. Blijkbaar moet de klink eerst omhoog en dan kun je naar binnen.

The room is spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The hacienda itself is stunning, and the pool is absolutely dreamy. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

It would be really convenient if the hotel offered breakfast or some small snacks on-site.

Fantastica casa coloniale vicino al cuore di Merida, tenuta in modo eccellente. Camera bellissima con soffitti di 6 metri, tutta la struttura ha un fascino che devi provare e Batipste che la gestisce è super ospitale e pieno di consigli. Se dovessi ripassare da Merida ci tornerei subito.
