"I’ve never had an issue like this one."

They were able to put us in a room,finally!

Booked in October and then arrived and didn’t have a reservation! Then after finding a room the had a water leak, price doubled! No remote for tv, they brought two up and didn’t work! Terrible experience!

"Go somewhere else"

Very sorry to write this on any Hilton property. This site is in general decline and very poorly kept. Carpets haven’t been cleaned in some time. Elevators are all scuffed. Most lighting is compact fluorescent (meaning the Saint want it brightly lit w/ LEDs). My room had stains on walls, bathroom grout was discolored, the closet had brown water stains on the top of the door (leaks from above). I attended breakfast at 6:20am (20 minutes after it opened) eggs and sausages were cold. They were out of coffee cups. The point of all of this is the management is not interested in any form of customer service. I was contacted after check in asking how was my stay- I responded that it was a 1. They asked if they could speak with me and I said sure as I was checking out after 7:30am and to call anytime after. No phone call came. I was never recognized as a Gold Hilton Member, again - this all means they don’t care about their customers. If you check TripAdvisor to research your stay, trust me - go somewhere else.

"Great roadtrip stay"

Loved this Hampton Inn—stopped for a short overnight stay and it was very nice. Had everything we needed, free parking & breakfast included! Nice area.

Stayed here to attend a show at Blossom Music Center. Location was very convenient for the venue and easy to access off the highway. Location still felt tucked away and quiet for sleeping. Lots of food and gas options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. A typical great Hampton Inn stay. Recommend if you have need in the area!
