Please note that Napa Mermaid Design Hotel & Suites reserves the right to preauthorize your credit card. Please note that payment is due upon arrival. The credit card used to complete the reservation must belong to a guest staying at the hotel. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon check in. All children from 0-2 years are charged EUR 25 per night. This charge is applicable whether a crib is required or not. Please note that central air conditioning is provided from 1 May until 31 October and central heating is provided from 1 November until 30 April. Please note that discounted rates apply to In house guests at the onsite spa services.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
