Almar Giardino di Costanza Mazara del Vallo Resort & Spa

La migliore esperienza che io abbia vissuto, cinque stelle meritate! Soggiorno incantevole a partire dal sorriso con cui vieni accolto in Reception, le ragazze sono gentilissime e cordiali. Gentilissimo anche il ragazzo che mi ha posteggiato l'auto e ci ha fatto trovare tutti i nostri bagagli in camera. Le camere spaziose e luminose e sopratutto pulite, ho adorato i materassi comodissimi e soffici. Spa da togliere il fiato elegante e tutto curato nei particolari sopratutto nel design. Piscina stupenda e grande, dove puoi bere direttamente il cocktail seduta in piscina. Che dire un resort da sogno, lo consiglierei a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza di totale relax dove ti senti coccolata.

Am petrecut doar o noapte si am fost placut impresionat de cum s-a prezentat locatia, camerele pe care le-am primit. Micul dejun a fost de tip european nu doar cu specific italian. Programe alternative puse la dispozitie ( in cazul nostru am avut degustare de vinuri) incluse in costul cazarii. Personal foarte amabil, zambitor si interesat sa rezolve orice solicitare.

Very clean with lovely and friendly staff

A well kept property in a lovely setting / garden with a grand appearance! Even though the property seems to be a little older, they do a good job of keeping it up. Somehow, we got more of a vibe of being in the South of France than Sicily, but in a good way. The pool area is very nicely laid out and no problem with sun-bed availability. The staff are all very friendly and keen to make one feel very welcome! It is a good base for discovering this part of Sicily and fairly near to Erice, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo etc.

The air-conditioning in our room just did not work properly, even after raising this twice with reception, the maintenance staff did not manage to find a solution or offered a different room. Air con is not normally important to us, but as it’s was August and hence the hottest time of the year, it made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Same applies to the air con at the gym - not working. The private beach, even though a lovely little bay, is not really ideal for swimming, more a place for a little splash!

Great experience, very pleasant staff

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The SPA facilities are amazing, and the pool area is stunning. I loved that there was access to a private beach — such a great touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms are renovated, spacious, and very comfortable. The manager’s attention to detail really makes you feel special throughout your stay.
