Everything was great

We stayed for almost two weeks at this place. Overall, it was comfortable, clean, and had a good location. The mattress was very good, and we had a nice stay, though we encountered a few issues.

The lift didn’t work most of the time, so if you depend on a working lift, I wouldn’t recommend this place. At one point, the fire alarm went off, and we weren’t sure what to do. There was no direct contact with the property, and no one responded to our messages on the portal, so we were left to figure it out on our own. Additionally, 30 minutes before our check-in time, someone tried to enter the apartment. Then, at exactly 11:00 AM on check-out day, a cleaning lady was already waiting to enter the apartment as we were leaving. While we were leaving on time anyway, it created an unnecessary and awkward situation.

Clean, high-tech, stylish

The location is in a very beautiful area, close to the public transport station, 300m from the metro station and 350m from the Chopin Museum. There are plenty of markets for buying food in the area. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, very clean, with almost all useful things. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. In addition to the kitchen utilities, there are a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric mug, a fan, a washing machine, an ironing machine, a vacuum cleaner. There is an elevator and an intercom. The breakfast delivered daily is ok, it is the same every 2 days, but it was not an inconvenience. As a small improvement, a roll of kitchen paper and a roll of garbage bags would be useful. The WiFi connection is very good.

The flat is great but during the nighttime it might be a bit noisy! But in general, it was a great experience.
