Casa Rosa Inn

Bath tub and shower curtain were dirty. Bath tub and shower were detached or cracked. Sink needs to be replaced. I liked that they were able accommodate our early arrival. I liked that room didn't smell, beds were comfy tv and entertainment center was nice.

Location, friendly people

VERY humid room. Floors were wet on arrival and dirty.i had to keep a towel on the floor as a mat. Bedding felt damp with humidity. Unpainted furniture that needed doors repaired. No coffee, no amenities shampoo lotion. Iron with no ironing board. Towels were thin and worn. Swimming pool was filthy., but people using it did not retire til after midnight!

No one available through out the night had to wait for about 45 minutes outside unable to get in our room. Key wasn’t working.

Was charged for 4.99 a night for cleaning service never had my room cleaned once. Was also charged for $4.99 a night for clean linen for four nights never received any. Had to ask for towels twice. Found dead cockroach in my room which is normal for this area. So it's not surprised. Patch holes on the walls that were never painted. Took my dog outside to go to the bathroom before bed and found a homeless man sleeping in the bushes next to the building. Did not make me feel very safe. Had to be up at 5:00 a.m. to leave and people were still in the pool at 1:00 a.m. with children screaming and loud music playing. Even though the sign said pool closed at 10:00 p.m. apparently if you want your room cleaned or get clean towels you have to ask for it which I was not told when I checked in. At least the gentleman at the front desk was very professional and help me get towels soap and shampoo.

It was not accessible for families!
