We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the hotel and felt the accommodation was value for money. The room was very clean and cleaned every day, the beds were made and the towels were changed. Regarding the room itself, apart from the pillows being a bit lumpy the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was adequate for our needs, the kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was lovely in the sun, afternoons and late evenings (ours was on the B side) The staff seemed to take pride in their hotel, they were friendly and very helpful. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunloungers although the beach was not too far away through various restaurants and shopping walks, and in fact it's a beautiful sandy beach 😃 The bus station was only 10 mins walk away with a very good supermarket there. All in all, we were very pleased and would return again.

The hotel is set back from the main strip so it's peaceful enough to get a good sleep but not too far of a walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. The staff were really friendly and the facilities are great, there's the pool, on site bar and restaurant with pool table. It's only a short walk to the bus stop which goes to the airport, Las Américas, etc. Upon checking out we were asked if we'd like to have a shower later which was a nice touch as our flight was later and allowed us to go to the beach in the afternoon and freshen up before heading to the airport.

The only downside to this hotel is no air con, luckily it wasn't too warm at night so the ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room was enough.

Location was great. Staff were caring and friendly.

We changed hotels at the last minute due to our original hotel in Fanabe having dirty water issues. Will be honest, it wasn’t in the location we liked and wasn’t sure what to expect as we only ever walk along the front to Los Cristianos. From the moment we walked into reception we knew we had made the right choice and would be happy here. The staff were so welcoming, our 1 bed apartment in block A was huge, great self catering facilities, bed comfy and apartment very clean. Maids came in daily and were so friendly. In fact all the staff were. Ate in the pool bar numerous times, food very nice and reasonable prices. Didn’t go in the pool as too cold but it did look like tiles missing. No big deal. The lifeguard was fab, he let kids be kids and allowed them to have fun with the inflatables and didn’t kick families out of the pool bang on 6. We couldn’t get a late check out but they have 2 lovely shower rooms and secure luggage storage. The location itself is up “cardiac hill” we didn’t find it too bad. Little supermarket just down the road and a lovely little tapas bar and takeaway next door. Took around 15-20 mins walk to the beach, walked to Costa Adeje which took just under an hour. Considering this was a last minute change of hotel, we couldn’t fault the place, would 100% stay here again and have recommended to other friends. Well done team Coral Los Alisios,

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. I booked it for a bargain price on Jet2 and its surpassed our expectations. Lovely big clean rooms with everything you need ( the cleaner came everyday). Great pool and splash pool facilities for our toddler. Friendly staff. Great location (yes it is up a big hill but most places are in the area). A sunbed was always free when we wanted one. My partner used the gym and said it was a nice little set up.Would 100% recommend to anyone.
