La amabilidad del personal,haciendo mención especial a Magali en comedor y Jenny en cocina encantadoras ambas,y la localización del hotel al lado de todo.

Las comidas deberían de tener algo más d variedad todo muy repetitivo te cansas y al final te vas fuera a comer o cenar y que l agente de fuera se cuela como quiere hacer uso de las instalaciones como por ejemplo la piscina y mobiliario y y son muchos los d dentro para también q entren de fuera.

Good location.

Had to leave after the first night as the hotel was infested with cockroaches. In the middle of the night a cockroach actually ran over me in bed waking me up. Also saw them running over people’s sandals by the pool. When I complained, reception just handed me a can of bug spray at 5am, and the cleaner sprayed again the next day. Asked for a new room higher up and they said absolutely not (even quoted the rate we’d paid as if that means we should be subjected to the trauma). No apology and no refund given when we refused to stay another night as we would not be able to sleep. Reception could not care less and was quite rude about it - I’m guessing they’ve heard it all before. Ended up paying for another hotel out of our own pocket, feel sorry for people that wouldn’t have that luxury.
