Booked with love holidays and cannot fault them. I was very nervous reading some of the reviews regarding confirmed accommodation etc but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel and location was poor. Firstly, arrived at the location around 11, to find no shops or restaurants open within a 15 minute walk which is ok if not travelling with young children. All shops and restaurants closed around 10.30pm. Hotel had too many rules and although is advertised as a family holiday assuming catering for children, no inflatables allowed, no ball games around the pool which included a tiny ping pong ball. Looked down on by owners of apartments who are living their permanently, which were rude and intimidating. Pool opening times are 10-6 which is very strict and told to leave outside of these times. Sunbeds piled and guests expected to put these out themselves causing a safety issue. At 6pm, staff removing sunbeds from underneath people to put them away. Unable to drink or eat your own things which is fair, although at times, long waits for bar staff also acting as a lifeguard. Poor options for 'snacks'. Breakfast offered at a cost, although waiter was very friendly, there was not enough hot food prepared and had to ask a few times and the food was barely luke warm. The north of tenerife was a first for us as a family, very cloudy and often cold. Not a lot to do in the area. Luckily, we hired a car which was a godsend. No onsight parking available and needed to use side streets, often driving around for up to 30 minutes to find a spot. Although we wasnt looking for a 'british' holiday. Local bars and restaurants were limited and those available had no options for English translations on menus for food or drinks, and most staff not willing to help. Hotel very clean and tidy, outdated but we liked that it wasnt like every other Hotel. Reception staff very nice, especially those checking us in. Smokers were not able to smoke on their balcony which was a first for anywhere ive travelled before, nor near the pool area having a designated spot in the corner. Again, fair but not great for those who smoke, especially on their balcony with a threat of a €200 fine. Overall, would use love holidays again, but would not visit the area nor return to the hotel.

Perfect place to stay, great location y delicious breakfasts.

La limpieza deja un poco que desear y la ubicación no hay muchas cosas cerca hay que caminar un poco
