Good location near everything we needed quiet and peaceful rooms were clean tidy a bit basic but got what we paid for Banners hanging from balconies put a damper on look of hotel wasn’t nice to see Good value for money

Location is great but walk down to front has a lot of stairs and hilly , hotel is spotless, all staff are very friendly and helpful, although pool might look as if there is too many tiles missing it is kept spotless.and a lovely temperature in the water, grounds are beautiful and the view from balcony stunning, rooms are spotless, cleaner in nearly everyday and change beds and towels, everything you need in kitchen, Tv has plenty of english speaking channels, beds so comfy, great value for money, going back for a month in November… definitely recommend. some lovely restaurants near the hotel and botanic gardens beautiful as well only 3 euros to get in. We don't really go out at night but it’s a lovely walk a round the outside of hotel. Was the most relaxing and comfortable holiday we have had, all thanks to the lovely welcome from the staff and making our stay such a pleasure

Las habitaciones tienen una gran relación calidad precio. Nosotros estuvimos en un apartamento muy cómodo y suficientemente equipado.

Todo el lateral exterior da a zona de locales de copas con lo que siempre hay ruido exterior. Mucho ruido.No es un lugar de descanso.

Stayed here for a week with my friend, daughter and grandaughter aged 4. Hotel is dated but the staff on arrival are very nice. When we got to our room it did not have a walk in shower.. my friend had asked for a disabled room when booking online? We went to reception but they had nothing on their lists. At first he said there was no disabled rooms..then there were 5 but just one left? So we could change rooms tomorrow at a extra cost of 10 euros a night which my friend payed. My daughters room on 2nd floor road side had ants. We phoned reception they sent a guy up and he sprayed around the floor. That night my daughter had cockroachs crawling above her head when in bed so never slept at all. Luckily my grandaughter never seen them 😱. Early next morning we went to reception with photos of the cockroachs they give her a new room on top floor which had been refurbished and was lovely apart from the lady who lives underneath came banging on her door and shouting at her to be quiet and not to stomp on the floor 🙄. They had only been in the room a few hours mostly lying on the bed! The rooms and walls are paper thin you can hear next door going to the toilet 🤣. The swimming pools are pretty gross 🤑 never once did we see them cleaned (we were on the pool side). Missing tiles all over and instead sharp black slime filled holes. My grandaughter spent 1st day in small pool swimming underwater. The next day she was ill had temperature of over 38° and was ill for 5 days but this could just be a coincidence.. I dont know? I have never seen a hotel life gaurd work in the pool bar all the time? No inflatables allowed in pools There are 2 swings and a plastic playhouse in the park?? 🤣 and a tennis court. Definitely not for children more for the older clientele. No bar, restaurant or entertainment just breakfast offered. Have to leave rooms at 12 there is a room to leave your cases at reception but no shower or changing rooms. Plenty of shops restaurants café close by, 5 euro for taxi to centre. We went to nearby seafront hotel for entertainment and bingo (win coktails) at night but were not allowed to use their amazing pools. Recommend the Zoo but lots of walking and some big steep hills!

The hotel is comfortable & clean. The pool area is lovely & there were always sunbeds available. Staff were all really friendly. The hotel could do with some renovations but for the price it is a pleasant base.
