It was clean

The location was difficult to find, and the check-in sign on the building was very confusing. It pointed to an empty hut. Multiple messages were sent by the property with slightly different instructions which made it quite confusing. It might be better to update the sign on the property or have a big notice near the door so guests know that the electronic device for checking in is actually inside the building itself and we need to key in the code provided in the email to enter the building in order to get to the electronic device for check-in.

The space was quite small and not very comfortable for a family. I booked a room with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds, but what was provided were just ordinary sofas, not actual sofa beds. They were not suitable for sleeping, which was disappointing as it did not match what was advertised.

The owner was very flexible with my ongoing living situation and the facility was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 For communication and the location was really quiet.

The wifi was a little slow.

朝方4時に火災報知器が鳴り響き、しばらく止まりませんでした。また、それについて連絡しましたが、何も返事や説明，お詫びなどはありませんでした。

The furnishings are really close to the floor. We are taller people than most, and it can be uncomfortable getting up and down from the couch.
