The hotel's location is good.

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and if two people are staying in the room and they are charging for two people, they usually provide two bottles of water free of charge. This hotel, despite us asking, insisted on only providing one bottle of water and told us to get more from the mini-bar if we wanted it. It's not about the money, but this attitude and approach is very wrong.
