"Lijep i uredan hotel čiji radnici umanjuju ljepotu boravka i zbog kojih se osjećate kao na suđenju."

Hrana je ukusna, sobe su čiste, lokacija je dobra. Sobarice su iznimno ljubazne i odlično obavljaju svoj posao.

Osoblje (osim sobarica) je nesusretljivo i štoviše, bezobrazno. Nikada u životu nisam doživjela da osoblje hotela jede zajedno s gostima u restoranu, ali u ovom hotelu je to podignuto na najveći nivo nepristojnosti pa se osoblje ugurava ispred gostiju pri uzimanju hrane. Grupica radnika stoji posložena ispred računala i bulji u goste prilikom obroka pritom komentirajući što i koliko jedu uz osobne dojmove o gostima misleći kako ih se ne razumije što pričaju. Restoran je uredan, stolovi su čisti i lijepo postavljeni, ali je osjećaj prilično neugodan kad te netko ogovara i komentira. Tijekom boravka prilikom ulaska u hotel pozdravljeni smo ukupno 3 puta od nekoliko desetaka ulazaka što smatram prilično nepristojnim. Radnice na recepciji bulje u računalo ili međusobno pričaju praveći se kako gosti ne postoje. Ne boravim prvi put u hotelu, ali moram naglasiti kako prilikom prvog posjeta kao pratitelj grupe djece nisam primijetila takav degradirajući odnos i stoga sam ponovila boravak u hotelu, ali ovo je drugi i posljednji put.
