Grand Hotel Portorož – Lifeclass Hotels & Spa, Portorož

Super Sache, die Leute in der Garage sind super hilfreich und ermöglichen so ein Elektroauto aufzuladen. Toll wäre natürlich, wenn das Hotel zusätzlich noch in paar Tesla Destination Charger installieren würde. Ansonsten ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und erinnert an die 80er oder gar 70er Jahre. Eine Sanierung mit Installation von Tesla Destination Charger würde das Hotel wohl stark aufwerten.

In viaggio con amici per il weekend di Pasqua abbiamo deciso di soggiornare a Portorose in Slovenia presso il Mind Hotel Slovenia e non potevamo fare migliore scelta. Il personale alla reception é gentilissimo, l’Hotel è molto accogliente cosi le stanze pulitissime. Il servizio ottimo così pure le colazioni varie ed abbondanti. Dovessi decidere di tornare a Portorose cercherò sicuramente di prenotare presso questo Hotel.

PRO: Wir hatten Suite im 8. Stock mit Sauna, super Blick, sehr schön! Frühstück super!! Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber Negativ: Laut, weil Baustelle neben Hotel, leider keine Badetasche zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, Spa/Pool Bereich gehört renoviert, schaut ein bisschen wie im Kommunismus aus. Wasser etwas zu kalt. Für Saunabereich muss man sich extra anmelden und zahlt wieder extra. Auch Restaurantbereich wirkt kalt, nicht sehr einladend. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, Teebeutel nachzubringen ins Zimmer, leider nicht erfolgt. Auch trotz Nachfrage kein Bademantel für unsere Tochter. Parkplatz muss man extra noch 15 Euro pro Tag zahlen!

La Spa era la cosa che piaceva di più. Non era compresa nel prezzo la sauna e e non abbiamo potuto fruirne. L'albergo è un pò isolato dalla città il ristorante chiude troppo presto

Struttura grande e moderna, camera pulita e silenziosa. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Consigliata la spa dell'hotel, piscine piacevoli con acqua di mare. Sconsiglio invece le terme comuni, in quanto molto caotiche, passaggi per raggiungere le terme attraverso altri hotel. L'ingresso alla struttura è oltretutto senza ciabatte e l'acqua delle piscine non è affatto calda.

Posizione fantastica, hotel eccellente. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Comfortable and classy, with shared facilities among neighbouring hotels allowing this hotel to be a whole resort in one package. Parking was cheap at €5/night.

This hotel is at best a 4-star. From our arrival to our departure, things did not run smoothly. We had trouble even finding the hotel because "Mind Hotel Slovenija - Lifeclass Hotels & Spa" does not match any signs on the street. (The actual name on the building is "Hotel Slovenija".) Then, at check-in we were informed about the indoor pools and the saunas available to guests. It turns out, these amenities are shared among several other hotels, and the sauna was closed. When my wife called the front desk to report the closure, she was told to use another one. Many stairs and awkward lobby crossings later, she found the alternate sauna that required additional payment to access, with no attendant to help out. At checkout, the receptionist dismissed our report of no attendant at the sauna with "that's not possible." To add insult to injury, the TV in our room kept turning on to welcome us, even after we had powered it down. The only solution was to unplug it completely from a secret hidden panel above. (This resolution involved another call to the front desk.) On the positive, the breakfast was outstanding and the bathroom products were high quality. And the included parking was convenient and nearby.

Great location and rooms. Breakfast Outstanding
