"don't expect a 5* experience "

I booked the junior suite because of the great photos on the website. I was looking for a great sea view, a nice spa area and great service. Well i got none of them... Guy at the Check-in was unfriendly and kind of snootily and so i didn't feel very welcomed. Got one room on the first floor, means that you don't really have the "sea-view" you're paying for. Besides of that the suite was clean but nothing special at all. After this first disappointment, i wanted to give the hotel an other chance and went to the "spa area". Well, what should i say... There are two different pools, one is directly in the hotel and was super crowded, the other one is in the hotel next to the hotel Slovenia (long walk through several hallways!) and is also more a public pool and not a 5* Wellness/Spa area. What a failure! The breakfast had a good selection but you shouldn't have to carry your coffee at your table by yourself in a 5* hotel... Cleaning ladys that try to enter the room 35 minutes before the check out/waiting in front of the room are an other big no go...

"Très bel hôtel"

Hôtel difficile à trouver. Le site Hotels.com mentionne Mind Hotel Slovenja, mais la façade indique seulement Slovenja et en d'autres endroits (parking) il est seulement écrit Lifeclass. L'hôtel est très beau et agréable mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur (et d'abord en termes d'amabilité) de ce que l'on trouve ailleurs dans un cinq étoiles.

Great! Overall it’s great, clean, big room with the balcony, has dedicated area at the private beach for free of charge, breakfast is fabulous, location is the best.

"A legjobb választás"

Választékos kiváló reggeli, friss gyümölcsök minden igényt kielégítő tea és egyéb ital választék, csak a kávé ihatatlan.Sajnos a nagy meleg miatt a joghurtok nem élvezhetőek megmelegszenek. A szoba felszereltsége jó az ágyak kényelmesek. Sajnos a fürdőszobánkban a lefolyó takarása elbillent e miatt borzasztó balesetveszélyes volt belépéskor. A COVID miatt a szaunák jelenleg nem üzemelnek csak a tengervizes medencék.Viszonylag kedves a személyzet, de taxit nem szabad a szállodában kérni, mert dupla annyiért szállítanak mint ha saját magad intézed. A szálloda szerintünk a legjobb választás Portorozsban.
