Great location

At one occasion bed was made but the rubbish wasn’t thrown out and minibar wasn’t filled with new water. I also didn’t get a coffee pods replacement. Maybe they forgot, but cleaners must get a better training

Ca 15 minuter att gå till Gamla stan. Bra med restauranger runt hotellet. Frukosten var bra, stort utbud.

Städningen var inte alls bra. Housekeeping kom in varje dag för mellanstäd med fyllde aldrig på något i rummet eller plockade smutsiga glas för att ersätta med nya. Golvet var väldigt sandigt så man behövde ha på sig tofflor för att gå på golvet.

Modern and convenient promises.

We had two booking, 5 rooms in total. Our second group of colleagues spent about 40 min checking in since there was an issue in the hotel terminal with he rooms.

Aamiainen todella runsas mutta gluteeniton leivonnaisvalikoima hyvin suppea verrattuna muuhun tarjontaan.

Location is perfect and quiet. Gym room is very nice - with the view

Somewhat lacks four star quality and attention to detail. After the daily cleaning only one small towel was provided instead of two, the bath carpet provided had stains. Glasses/cups were not replaced with clean ones. Coffee capsules were refilled however with decaf version. Nice Korres shampoo and shower bottles in the bathroom however different washing liquids inside. They refill them with something else, never seen such practice before. The bed was on wheels therefore does not attach to the wall which is very annoying. The worst thing was door slamming noise from other guests - when door closes, the whole room, walls vibrate. Something to urgently fix.
