El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte.

La habitación no estaba limpia ,era como si no hubiesen barrido,habia muchos pelos en el suelo,y detrás de la puerta del baño ,un puñado de pelos revueltos. El TI muy pobre , no daban ni botellas de agua,había que pagarlas. Y pedí un brugal y también había que pagar un suplemento.....

Todo en general está genial, las piscinas son muy cómodas. El hotel está muy bien situado. El trato del personal fantástico y la comida variada y de calidad.

La animación para los niños era muy escasa y tampoco ponían mucho empeño. En los carteles ponían actividades que luego no hacían
