Very nice room, great staff.

Super close to great coffee the Better Buzz! Short drive to everything! The manager was very kind and compted our parking. Great maid!

Very loud neighbors above, but there’s nothing you can do about that. Cussing at each other and can hear every noise on the floor above.

Easy check in the staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was pleasant.

room was large and more than adequate for what I needed. Tv was large and beds and linens clean. many cable channels and location very close to food and retail shopping. Close to airport and marina and so many tourist spots. Also a large park in the Liberty Station area and not a far drive to the library.

The strong stench of fabuloso cleaning products, the sketchy customers, the lack of things like hair dryer, iron, or room phone, the absence of staff (they only work from 1030am to 7pm) 😒 the toilet seat was gross. The couch in my room looked dirty and worn. The fact the front desk tried to pull a fast one by charging for parking and saying he could offer a "special" price for one more night if we went through him and not the travel sites...and he quoted a price HIGHER than all the travel sites
