Very special place, we really wished we had more time here. The lodge is very well looked after, food was amazing, we loved being able to walk around the reserve and saw giraffes and zebras roaming around freely. The place is spotlessly clean and the outdoor shower was a plus for us. Awesome place to wind down for a few days after getting up so early every morning for Safari spotting in Kruger :) We really liked that the lodge only has a few rooms, everything felt very personal and cosy this way.

Elegimos Wild Blue Lodge recién llegados a Hoedspruit como una primera toma de contacto con la zona, antes de ir a de safari. La reserva es ideal para pasear por tu cuenta o pasear con el coche, tanto por dentro como visitar otros lugares turísticos en la zona. El hotel no dispone de muchas habitaciones, lo que da un ambiente familiar y relajado. Perfecto para escapadas en pareja o familia. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, decorada sencilla y con buen gusto, y muy limpia, ademas contábamos con una pequeña piscina privada en la terraza que es un plus si quieres más tranquilidad y privacidad. La cocina fue excelente durante toda la estancia, y no tuvieron problema en adaptar el menú a mi tipo de dieta.

Los trabajadores eran encantadores, y la comida excelente, pero a pesar de que no teníamos ninguna prisa, los servicios de restauración nos parecieron especialmente lentos. No obstante, lo recomendamos!!!
