I hate this place with a burning passion they were rude to us at the reception and gave us fake information. In addition they refused us food on the last day making us starve . Also the pool gave me and my family an allergic reaction. In conclusion don't come here ! The food was terrible and the people in here are so ignorant and rude and impatient . They kicked my neice on the slide. I am not happy with my experience and neither is my family. Don't come here is you have self respect because it's truly terrible.i had a better experience in a school than this. And I hated school.

To start the holiday JET2 delayed us by almost 2 hours which was only updated online while airport displays showed the flight as on time. When I asked a boarding staff member at the gate. I was told the flight was on schedule but waiting on crew member/s which felt misleading. Passengers, including families like ours with two children under 6, were left in a cramped, overheated room, some standing over seated people and in corridors or no toilets close by. Not impressed with the lack of transparency as we could have spent more time in the airport lounge rather than being squeezed into an uncomfortable space. The hotel was decent for the price, offering good value. We ended up missing dinner but they set out tables with water and some cold meat plates with salad. Room was spacious and clean but lacked that final touch with decoration which is true really for the entire place. Rooms were cleaned everyday and bedding changed on the 5th day. This stay would suit families only. Kids enjoyed the swimming pools and slides. Staff was very engaging and cheerful. During the day they would call you to join activities. My children enjoyed kids club. Night time entertainment was well good, started at 21:30 with activities for children at the start and adults later on. It was 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, but the shore was too deep for children so we didn’t end up going. The food was satisfactory for the price, with a decent variety of salads, grills, stew fruits. They tried to vary it everyday but certain special dishes would finish in the first hour and they wouldn’t bring it out again, so get there earlier. Desserts selection was repetitive and needed more variety. There is a lot of hotel rooms and only one restaurant so it does get packed. Hidden costs cash payments - €10 per person including children for hotel wristbands. It is non-refunded if checking out after 12:00 as guests lose access to food and drinks. Pool towels per person were €10 refundable deposit. Late check out was at 16:00 at a cost of €40 per room. If you are looking to not spend any extra make sure your flight departs soon after check out. Things I was not happy about. Ground floor rooms close to the new swimming pool were booked for big groups. They would sit outside after entertainment around midnight until 2/3am making noise and smoking cannabis. Caught the cleaner using a used toilet brush to brush the shower floor tiles. I did make a complaint and receptionist was shocked. Not sure what happened but next day all cleaners had big brooms for cleaning bathroom tiles. Another is I used the stairs and caught a cleaner cleaning the rails with a cloth from the same water holding a mop and this water was completely brown.

We stayed at this hotel over May half term and were a little worried after reading some of the reviews from other British travelers. We were very glad we went and stayed open minded. Staff - the most friendly and hardworking staff we have observed. - -Reception team -always polite and helpful. -Bar staff very friendly despite being so busy at peak times and were very kind - they did not mind my attempts to order everything in Spanish! - Although we did not watch the entertainment or use the daily activities or kids club, the animation team clearly worked hard to keep the guests enjoying their holiday. -lifeguards were attentive, friendly and hardworking. - restaurant staff worked tirelessly. - the cleaning / housekeeping staff - absolutely wonderful. Apartment was always clean, and they helped provide extra bedding and made up the sofa bed when my daughter refused to share a bed with my son and had to camp on the sofa every night. Thank you to the hardworking cleaners / housekeeping and maintainance staff. Hotel it’s self - good. Clean and modern. We upgraded to an Apartment which was huge. 2 beds, 2 baths. The splash park was a hit with the children. The small pool at the side of the hotel was closed which was disappointing as you cannot swim lengths for fitness in the main pool as it is too small, shallow and full of children by the time it opens. Sunbeds - prime spots get reserved early but we never struggled to find some. Meals - good however some days limited options for vegetarians. Location - yes it is a quieter location. (Which was relaxing for us) However 10 minutes walk and you have a fantastic shopping mall. 20 minutes walk and you have a lovely harbour with a few bars and restaurants. 5-10 minutes walk in the opposite direction you MUST visit chao pescao chiringuito. A little beach bar which has a fantastic selection of quality cocktails and a lovely food menu. Joe and his wife will make you feel incredibly welcome. Slight negatives: -The mosquitos - bring some strong repellant but you can purchase this in all the local shops. -double beds in both rooms in apartments tricky for children who don’t wish to bed share with their siblings. -the apartments have a shaded balcony all day, unless you are lucky enough to get one at the end, or the ground floor. I requested one of these, as we spend a long time in our apartment due to our daughter having hidden disabilities but sadly we weren’t granted one. -the pool wasn’t large enough to swim properly in as an adult and other pool shut. -no aircon in the gym so difficult to use -entertainment started too late for us and there was not many shows for a 4* hotel. Overall we very much enjoyed our stress free stay and the staff are a credit to the hotel. We may have encountered 1-2 rude guests. But not at all to the level of other reviews. This is no fault of the hotel and the staff are very patient.

Room was 1 room basically studio filled with double bed. 5 people expected to be in one room. One being a baby. No facilities for a baby - sink only in the bathroom so think we were meant to toilet; get changed, brush teeth, wash, sterilise bottles etc etc in the same area! Health & safety terrible, no standard for it! Jet 2 I booked with and this is how it’s advertised. You would think when I’ve input 5 people this would not even be allowed as an option! (I’ve complained with jet2 as well) kettle head height for my other two children who are 6 & 5yrs old. Hygiene they didn’t clean the bins as you can imagine with nappies etc & food/drinks they needed doing every single day. The restaurant is a free for all. I booked through jet2 all inclusive however it is open to the whole public you are being hit with trolleys by kitchen staff + other people. Children too scared to come up and choose food. My son was hospitalised with gastric illness due to hygiene food, pool, rooms this hotel caused it that’s all I know as not one single area was clean. The slides are quite unsafe I think they need height restrictions/age limit. Vomit left on floor round pool area I’m sure I seen a chocolate donut my whole 7 days I was there. Staff not great English, cater very much for locals only. Missed out on food due to misinformation on first night of arrival. They cut every food of they don’t have a system between jet2 package holiday guests and their local guests. Bit unfair I’m going all the way back to UK so why food is cut off when it’s been paid through jet2 and we have a transfer collecting us. Confuses me should differentiate who is who - would work better! Not much good to say. Unsafe very old fashioned - lifts very small for a larger family or prams/wheelchair needs. Entertainment all in Spanish. Made me pay additional for my health and safety concerns and to ensure all my children were ok I.e bottle fed baby sterilise etc^^ to upgrade room. I didn’t want the extra cost it was totally missold to me and never in my worst nightmare can I understand how they would ever think this was fit for 5 people!!!

1st time in Spain with my husband and our 2 grandaughters aged 9yrs& 7yrs. First impressions were ok, we arrived by coach and got dropped of at bus stop on main road. Coach was full so checkin took about 40mins.. We were all inclusive and had to pay €10 each for the wrist band on checkin, this was refunded on checkout when you gave wrist bands back.. We were in room 430(4th floor) (2 double beds). Rooms were spacious and modern, the bathroom was fabulous except the walk in shower screen was not big enough and water was always leaking under door into the room. Coffee/tea making facilities, fridge, safe ect in room. Hairdryer in bathroom was pretty good too. Lots of storage. we had the view of the sea on one side and the town and mountains on the other side from the balcony. Pools were great and kids loved them but very cold. Animation team were great with the kids and aquaarobics were very enthusiastic and energetic. Not enough sunbeds though. Drink were the best all inclusive we've ever had, beer was lovely, crisps,nuts,icecreams available throughout the day. slushies too for the kids. The only negative was the food was very hit and miss it was coming to end of season so not as much choice unless you like fish.

Just back from a beautiful 7 days at this resort Our room was too perfect and cleaned everyday by the wonderful staff it! It had a kettle and safe which was both included and not extra Pool area was very nice and the kids loved it pool was cold as it was not heated but to be expected for October and when the sun came out it soon heated up Food was wonderful every day was different and easily 4/5 meals on offer kids were happy with what they could go up and choose I can see that this hotel could be a bit troublesome when at full capacity so be weary of this All in all a wonderful family hotel with memory’s we will treasure thanks to the hotel and staff!

Always travel with jet2 and can’t fault them. They have however made a big mistake with this hotel. It definitely isn’t a 4* hotel. I wouldn’t give it a 2*. The room was nice but that’s about it. The food was terrible. Everything was cold. I was going to have soup one day but it wasn’t even tepid. I was told to use the microwave, not something you should have to do on an all inclusive holiday. Me and my daughter ended up eating at McDonalds and KFC because the food was that bad. I love a salad bar but all that was on offer was lettuce, dried cucumber, warm tomato and soggy carrots. All other items just looked like slop. Once out of your room it looked like a prison. There was minimal cleaning done outside around the pool area. The pool was freezing. The floors around the pool are all cracked and not very well maintained. I will never return to this hotel. Just to add. 1-11-24 all I could hear were dogs barking on level 5. Who on earth allows dogs in a 4* hotel? So very disappointed.

This is not a 4* hotel. I’ve been in 3* better than this. The room was very nice as it had been refurbished as was the dining room.Be ware not all rooms have been refurbished. Unfortunately the food was not that good even though was able to find something to eat each day even if it was the same as the day before. Towards the end of our stay we heard the dining room staff say they were just using up the food they had. On 1/11/24 the hotel was over run with Spanish people for a Halloween show. These people took priority which wasn’t fair when we had paid a lot of money for the holiday. Also didn’t like it that dogs were allowed in when the Spanish people came. Ice cream ran out for the kids. The reception reminded us of being in cell block H prison. Very dark and dismal. Nothing outside the hotel for entertainment may be due to end of season. Was in a good position with a gate through onto the beach. Pool area ok but could do with more sun beds and new parasols. Pool very cold. We won’t be going again .? We couldn’t fault the staff as they all worked very hard.

Très bon hôtels ci vous séjournez dans la partie rénovée cette année c'est parfait. partie en tout compris, la restauration est bonne et variée, mais je conseille de partir en restauration comprise car les boissons sont comprises à table. le personnel est sympa....

Buen hotel pero le hace falta una reforma. Buena comida y muy bien la piscina. El personal en general muy amabale
