The grounds were clean and well maintained. Loved the huge koi fish. The room was also very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would have liked butter for toast and pancakes, but otherwise breakfast choices were fine.

No other issues.

The staff was very kind, the location was good, breakfast was decent, the gym was great, the bed was comfy

The toilet leaked when u flushed, no fan in the bathroom which you see some molding from the moisture
