The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the room on the first floor, quiet.

La ubicación principalmente, muy central, la pieza muy amplia, la tranquilidad del lugar. Amplia sala de desayuno, y dependientes amables y preocupados, eso muy bien

Para el desayuno uno mismo se pone la mesa, lo cual desmejora la comodidad, ya sea en la puesta del servicio, y falta de algunos, por ejemplo. La cama sonaba como catre viejo de madera, colchones de mala calidad y sabanas sucias (pelo, y manchada), muy caro para dicha calidad de servicio, primera vez que ocupo este hotel, y me encanta esta ciudad.

La atención fue excelente, nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Todo el personal fue muy amable y cercano. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y la ubicación es muy conveniente. Sin duda volveríamos.
