Valued Stay Mayflower

This was a clean, no frills but solid, extremely affordable motel stay. There’s ample free parking, a very friendly desk person, and large mini fridges in the rooms. There’s also Roku tv and the water pressure is decent! There were no thermostats in our rooms, however we were comfortable during our one night stay. The beds, pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker and a good amount of outlets in our room too.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean.

The location was in very poor condition. Looked like a run down motel on the outside. The room was beautifully decorated on the inside. Completely different atmosphere. I also reserved the King sized bed but was told that the location did not offer a king sized bed when I got there and also wouldn't charge me additional for the two queen sized beds, even though I paid extra for the bigger bed already.

There is 3 weeks ago I checked out, but they still not reimburse my $100 security deposit.

It was nice in side the room but there no thermostat in the roon it was warm then chilly then warm, i didn't like the glass end table when you set your cup down it clank i though i was going to break it, no dresser or closest and no staff in the front off witch is a big thumbs down for me.

Not a damn thing.

No staff on property. Had to community to the manager via a Ring camera in the office- who them SCAMMED US out of $200 ADDITIONAL FEES claiming that was a security deposit FOR OUR CAR TO BE PARKED IN THE LOT. The room its self wasn’t even $100!! We didn’t stay. Demanded refunds- and haven’t gotten anything yet- it’s been 3 days. We’re not having to fight with the property, booking.com and the bank to get nearly $300 back. The whole place seems Sketchy AF- DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
