The location.

All Inc drinks finishes at 7pm, although the staff were polite, they looked miserable, the water from my shower flooded my bathroom. The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment.

The drinks were ok although the all inclusive finished at 7pm which is very unusual.

The food was awful. The staff weren't very friendly at all. The place could be alot cleaner.
