Staff were all very friendly, ideal for a big group to stay in Benidorm.

Could have done with more mirrors in the rooms to get ready.

The staff where very friendly and helpful at all times

The hotel smelled like sewage throughout the swimming pool was so dirty I could not enjoy it

Location was ok except the hill lots of supermarkets and bars close

The lift was falling apart the walls in main corridors on 7th floor was falling apart , we got €250 held as a deposit incase any damages , we were there 4 nights were all very well behaved in regards to being drunk/being loud / boisterous and yet when we checked out this morning one of the most quiet members of the group bed was supposedly broke in which left us €80 down , at no point in our stay were we doing anything to break a bed , this bed was already clearly broken and just got conned out of paying €80 for nothing where the bed was broken it was right under neath , the security guard was in the room 30 seconds and suddenly decided to flip the only broken bed ? Seems very suspicious and was the final straw on a holiday where there is only roughly 40 seats around the pool one day a stag doo of 28 lads alone came so there party would have taken up almost every seat , the long queues at bar as there was only 1 bar open with only 1 serving when there was maybe around 50/60 people arriving each day
