The staff was lovely and the building was beautiful and very unique

The noise level was unbearable. We were exhausted by the lack of sleep the next day. The insulation was among the poorest we have experienced.

Location was perfect. Beautiful view of the River Arno. Staff were lovely. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was nice.

The beds in the room were awful. Two metal beds placed inside a wooden bed frame. That looled like it could collapse at any stage. We had a view of the river but it can be very noisy at night time. The air con did drown out some of the noise thank god.

Dårlig vedlikehold. Ikke aircondition som virket. Badet var i elendig stand.

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles war fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem eine Bushaltestelle und eine Einkaufspassage.

Das Hotel stammt wirklich noch aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Sowohl die Möblierung als auch das Bad stammen aus dieser Zeit. Wer eine Nacht in der Renaissance schlafen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Hotel ist wie ein kleines Museum, was man auch positiv sehen kann. Das Gebäude selbst ist auch so. Gefühlt hatte die Unterkunft keine Fenster. Am Freitagabend war draußen die Hölle los, weil viele auf der Brüstung am Fluss saßen. Im Zimmer im dritten Stock konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. Eine ruhige Nacht war es definitiv nicht. Einschlafen konnte ich erst gegen zwei Uhr nachts, als es draußen ruhiger wurde.
