Please note that guests booking 5 or more rooms may be contacted by the property to make the payment within the next 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. Extra beds and Cots are available upon request. Please inform the property in advance if you will not be able to present the credit card used for the booking upon arrival. Property was remodelled in January of 2018. Please note that the pool is only open during the summer season. Please check directly with the hotel for opening and closing dates and available times. In accordance with current guest registration regulations, minors under the age of 14 who do not possess a national identity document (ID) must verify their identity and relationship to their parent(s) or guardian(s) by presenting a Family Book (Libro de Familia) or an equivalent document, such as a birth certificate, upon arrival at the hotel. Presentation of this documentation is mandatory. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the property being obliged to deny accommodation and entry to the affected guests, as it would be unable to comply with the legal identification requirements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
