I like about the property that all stores are close to us.. the guy in the office was really nice.. he answered all questions I had.

I did not like about the property the nasty floor in the room, the shower curtain it had mold, did not had microwave nor a phone to call the office.. and I needed to go to the office to get new towels, because they said people don’t come and clean in the weekends. And the final thing the dryer did not work. Had to wash some clothes but couldn’t dry them..

very friendly staff renovation going on did not hear workers after 8 pm

The pool was not functional, the room was not clean. There is no lobby area and is locked all interaction without staff is through a window. They would not even let me in the front lobby to use the microwave. Had to ask for staff to for more towels and toilet paper because no one came to clean the room. It was very convenient because it is close to everything and only 25 min to beach though. I would not stay again but would find another hotel in that same area if you go to Brownsville

The check in person was friendly.

No microwave until I asked for one, dirty floors, cable didnt work most of the time.

what breakfast ? see , you all advertise items you all do not have . you do not have a place for breakfast . I did not like anything
