The staff was amazing

Receptionist molto simpatico. Ottima la colazione inclusa. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful. The spa was closed for renovations for the few days we were there but the beach across the road was all we needed. The train station across the road is very handy and you can travel in and out of Naples and beyond regularly.

The staff were absolutely superb. Lovely clean hotel.

Spacious rooms, equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Air conditioning working perfectly. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfasts: excellent coffee, cold meats, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, various cakes (very tasty). Breakfasts gave energy for the whole morning. I liked the location: on the caldera, next to the crater, near the beach (I don't recommend the beach), close to interesting monuments: the Cuma archaeological park, the beautiful town of Baje. The hotel is small, but atmospheric and comfortable! Thanks to the staff for their great help with parking my car! We could always count on the staff.

Maybe it's worth thinking about renovating your bathrooms? Everything worked perfectly, but some things need renovation.

Very good room and the balcony. Nice with spa eventhough we had to pay extra. Nice and helpful personal. Very clean.

Breakfast was average; when items ran out, they were never replenished, so it's best to arrive early. The accomotation was situtated just 2 minutes from the beach and approximately a 15-minute walk from the thermal baths, which was the main reason for our visit.
