Inn seasons resort vacation prize scam scam scam. Please don’t sign up. I got a call you have won a free vacation wording was won and prize can’t wait for the lawsuit because I saved all the receipts on this one. You must show up to pick up prize location is 50 min away it’s snowing and dangerous but time is limited for you to grab prize. Make sure you bring your kids and spouse it will be fun! Also you must make more than a certain amount to get this prize that should’ve been a red flag. We get there and there’s like 30 tables full of people and sales people I assume but we get the private room because we won a prize right? Or they just want to separate the “prize winners” from the ppl who actually signed up for this info session. Once closed in a small room you get a pushy sales pitch by a person who wants to make it known this is not a prize as told in email and through the phone calls, No you signed up for this and you will not leave the room until you buy something and if you say no you get the angry side of the sales pitch and make you feel like you did something wrong like you chose to waste a sales person time to get a free vacation an not what it was a fraudulent and deceptive marketing tactic. We left with the free vacation after telling the lady we can’t Decide on this today and getting the well you will not be able to come back you will be blacklisted if you walk out! Also the sales lady remarked before we left “you will have to do one more of these during that vacation just so you know”. Read about the ppl who actually signed up and what they are going through it’s awful and it won’t be long before this innseason goes out of lbusiness or gets a huge lawsuit.

Location

Front desk was rude. Tried to cover miscommunications with excuses. Woken up by yelling & banging because of an "unscheduled" tour where the employee actually told the family being shown room that "they're going to get her fired" because of how inappropriately loudly they were. Absolutely NOT accommodated (after our 5th stay in under 2 months) ... basically told "OH WELL" ... Not sure what your definition of hospitality is! Thumbs down. Probably WON'T be back. On another occasion asked for an extra night & had to move rooms because someone booked our room...then told that you don't allow guests to specifically choose rooms...all in all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & GROSSLY INHOSPITABLE

Have been multiple times. Location is great

Every stay got progressively less hospitable. No accommodating or addressing guest complaints...just poor excuses for poor performance. Last time I checked guest hospitality was main objective for hotels (WHETHER THEY'RE TIMESHARES OR NOT) 👎

The Innseasons was nice, neighborhood quiet, nice set up, spacious and clean. The one bedroom we reserved was fully equipped with all your needs. I do recommend this place if you ever visit Falmouth, MA.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils if one wanted to make meals in.

Bathroom was a little small. . . functional but a bit small.

The location for what we wanted to do was excellent. We could walk to the ferry that took us to Martha's Vineyard.

Great location. Amazingly friendly and professional staff

The location was convenient with a nice view and easily accessible restaurants.

The kitchen & bathroom were nicely renovated. The sofa bed was awful as was the queen bed. The unit needs some TLC the sofa looked stained & dirty & needs to be replaced as do all the lamp shades, fresh paint on the furniture in living area would go a long way to improving overall look & comfort of unit. Linens should be better quality.
