La prestation massage lomi-lomi 30' min au Spa et l'emplacement à Sainte-Luce, sauf pas suffisamment de place au parking

Non malheureusement ça a été plutôt chaotique cette expérience. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout en adéquation avec le service rendu. Personnel en sous effectif au dîner (à éviter si restaurant complet), trop d'attente entre les plats et les boissons. Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer pour 18€...Je suis très déçue, car ma première expérience lors d'un déjeuner avec mes collègues fut impeccable en déc 2024 dernier. L'emplacement a un vrai potentiel mais il y a beaucoup d'amélioration à faire.

La flexibilité horaire pour la piscine, le lieu, la vue, la chambre ...tout était bien. C'est un superbe lieu.

Le parking est un gros point négatif. Il est petit , les résidents ne trouvent pas de place facilement. Faut avoir de la patience.

J'ai aimé le cadre, une magnifique vue vue mer, beaucoup de quiétude

L'emplacement de mon studio qui était au dessus d'une toiture, et j'avais deux moteurs de climatisation devant mon studio. J'ai également réglé deux fois la taxe de séjour soit 9 euros et l'hôtel n'a pu me donner aucune explication jusqu'à ce jour. Il n'y avait également pas de WiFi
