Ce que j’ai aimé dans mon séjour : le cadre agréable, les moments de détente, l’accueil chaleureux et la qualité globale de l’expérience.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé dans mon séjour : quelques petits points à améliorer comme avoir un fer à repasser dans la chambre, mais dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est très bien passé.

We are still waiting for the refund of an acknowledged overpayment made in February. We were initially sent proof of a transfer, but later learned the payment had actually been rejected due to incorrect beneficiary details entered by the hotel. No proactive communication was made to inform us or resolve the issue. Very disappointing administration and follow-up.

We really enjoyed our stay here. As long as you know what to expect, you won’t be disappointed. This isn’t a typical 4‑star hotel by North American standards. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, but they are not available 24/7. There is no one around after about 9 pm. Not all rooms are the same, but they are all clean and simple. We stayed in a 3 PERSONS SEA VIEW KITCHENETTE studio on the first floor in the building to the right of the office, with a view of the Diamond. It was convenient and easy to access from the parking area. The room was spacious but very basic, with a large balcony where the kitchenette is located. There were pots, pans, and dishes available, enough to make simple meals. For rooms with balcony, remember to use the automatic shutter to close off the balcony to keep the birds out. If it’s left open, they may come in looking for food and leave a mess behind. The hotel is very quiet, and there are several beaches within walking distance along the seaside trail behind the property. If you have a car, I highly recommend driving to some of the nicer beaches in the area. There is only one restaurant on site. It serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon drinks, and dinner. The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. For 15 euros per person, it was very basic with limited choices. Even though you can order bacon and eggs from the kitchen, it still felt overpriced and not worth it. On the other hand, dinner was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, portions were good, prices were reasonable, and the service was great. We ended up eating there twice instead of driving into town. Parking was sometimes difficult between 6:30 and 9 pm, but outside of those hours, we always found a spot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the hotel.
