Was a nice little place and the patio was a bonus for the kids to play on would defo come back again

WiFi signal was really weak and kept going off but apart from that nothing else

The apartment was lovely, clean and warm. It was nicely decorated in modern style and the kitchen handy and modern. The double bed was comfy. There was plenty of hot water and the apartment good value for money. The location was good for accessing Blackpool and plenty of parking space at the apartment also.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the fitted sheet did not fit it. There was also a pillow short, so we had to use one from the double bed. We were unable to gain access to the main building to collect the pillow left for us and the additional towel that was also missing, having messaged Cherry Properties. We didn't hear the person knocking who came to deliver it. The kitchen was great but was lacking in enough mugs, etc, and only very basic equipment. The apartment was really nice but just requires better linen and towels (they were very old and scratchy). The bedding needs to fit the sofa bed .The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great communication with host , really quiet location ideal for family of 4 , great location to everything , 15 minute walk to winter gardens easily done in less than 10 minutes , sealife centre clearly visible at the end of the street (can’t ask for much better really)

Wasn’t many things not to like but having kids and seeing nails stick out the edge of the carpet at the entrance of the apartment is a no no , nails from the carpet grippers go right through carpet which isn’t pleasant when stood on , but for the most part everything was ideal for our needs , wasn’t any washing up liquid or shampoo/conditioner so bought some and left it for the next person but things like that are minimal , car park had broken bottle in it which I brushed to the side

Lovely and clean. Nice and warm. We loved being able to park outside our apartment. Though we brought our own coffee, tea and milk. It was a nice touch it was available. Also washing up liquid and sponges.

No blinds in the kitchen. I think it would benefit a refuse bin outside to put takeaway cartons in, instead of leaving them in the kitchen bin. Purely to get rid of the smell. ( not a complaint, just a suggestion).

It was a spotlessly clean flat with everything you need. Particularly liked the shut off bedroom and separate toilet and bathroom, with a bath and shower

More than enough space for 2 people and had everything you need for a self catering break

Nice flat in a very quiet place, private parking facilities. Easy access . Close to town centre. Very good service, the small issues we spotted were fixed immediately.

We could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, for instance a salad bowl. It is foreseen more for warming up take aways than for serious cooking. And it would be good to have a bottle opener (for beer or soft drinks). We bought one and left it there.
