Beaucoup de monde ce we la. Ménage non fait. Pas de possibilité ouvrir la fenêtre et pas de clim. Avions pris la petite chambre. À déconseiller pour une occupation double.

A 20 m de una parada de metro q te conecta con la estación central ( donde te deja el tren del aeropuerto). El desayuno espectacular. Te hacen tortillas variadas al momento.

Baño con bañera, y además muy alta. Puede ser difícil para algunas personas.

お部屋も施設もきれいで、アクセスもかんたんだった。中心部へは地下鉄でたった数駅だけなのに(なんなら歩いていける)、中心部に比べてほんとうにコスパがいい。近くにはカフェや夜遅くまで開いているスーパーもあって快適。大きめなホテルだけど、周りの部屋の生活音が聞こえてくることもなく、静かにスウェーデンを楽しめた。朝食もおいしかった。またストックホルムに滞在するときは利用すると思う。

I booked this hotel because I had never been disappointed by the Clarion hotel chain before. Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. To begin with, I had to visit the reception three separate times just to get my key card activated before I could finally access my room. Equally frustrating was the incredibly long queue at reception — the longest I have ever seen at any hotel. When I finally entered my room, I was greeted by a nauseating smell. It quickly became apparent that the previous guest had vomited on the carpet, and it had clearly not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the previous guest's underwear was still lying in the room. When I went to reception for the fourth time, the staff showed very little empathy for the terrible situation I had been put through. After repeatedly refusing their suggestion that I return to the same room while they cleaned it, I was eventually offered an "upgraded" room. They also offered me a SEK 125 voucher, which honestly felt insulting considering the circumstances. Upon arriving at the so-called upgraded room (the att. photo shows the "upgraded" room), I discovered that it was actually a tiny room with a very small window. It was obvious that this room was of a lower category and lower value than the room I had originally booked, making the promised "upgrade" feel misleading and disingenuous rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the situation. To top it all off, the hotel has still not responded to my complaint, even a week later. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor handling of the situation, and complete absence of meaningful customer service have left a very negative impression. It will take some time to forget just how unpleasant and upsetting this stay was.

Veldig stort og godt rom for 3 personer. Rent og stille. Behagelige senger.

Når det er 3 som skal bo på rommet må det være utstyr til 3 av kopper, kaffekapsler, morgenkåper m.m. Det var ikke greit å stå i lang kø for å bli registrert før frokost.

Lage war wirklich sehr gut - tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Bei Ankunft war auf dem Toilettensitz noch ein Fleck, der wie ein Urintropfen aussah… Man sollte als Paar/zu zweit unbedingt eine bessere Zimmerkategorie wählen, um ausreichend Platz für Koffer und Co zu haben, wir waren mit der Größe zufrieden. Haben bei Mitreisenden gehört, dass die günstigen Zimmer winzig waren. Das Bett ist an und für sich bequem, aber wenn sich die eine Person bewegt hat, hat das ganze Bett gewackelt. Preislich nicht super günstig
