Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. According to our new Green & Smart program, Coral Ocean View (as per 16.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel, except for one outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Reception, fitted with seating and ashtrays. All other indoor and outdoor areas will be nonsmoking, including pool area, solarium, balconies, restaurant terrace, etc.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Calm atmosphere, nice pool, bountiful breakfasts.

An error with our booking led to a fraught check-in. It turned out to be an admin error with booking.com but the staff were more accusational towards us, there was no sympathy or offering of alternative solutions, neither did they reach out and explain the outcome to us during our visit. We only learnt of it at check-out though the member of staff at that point was kind & helpful.

Es war wirklich extrem schön, wir hatten ein großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Es war super sauber und wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Das Hotelpersonal war extrem nett, das ganze Hotel, mit Pool, Dachterrasse und Lounge super schön dekoriert. Die Lage ist nicht perfekt, aber man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist außergewöhnlich, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Viele der All Inclusive Gäste waren dauerhaft betrunken
