Good: nice towels, lines, bed Poor: the phone rang at 6:00 am. We did NOT ask for a wake up call. We were not allowed to check in due to miscommunication between Hotels.com and the hotel. Very upsetting. We were asked to not bring any breakfast back to our room but EVERY table had been obviously used and not cleaned. The TV did not work due to someone shifting the HDMI cords; we figured it out but we thought housekeeping should catch that kind of thing.
