Lemon Tree Premier City Center

Reception staff was not welcoming. All the basic information including wifi password was told only after asking.

I bought a buffet breakfast on Sunday (14.06.2026) for one person @ Rs. 700+ (After 15% discount) .The morning breakfast was dissapointing. There were limited options. Only Idli Vada , Pakode, Puri Bhaji... Etc.. Healty breakfast options was only fruits & milk cornfleks... The Chicken Sausages & Boiled egg was stale & smelly. I spoken to the staff. Hope it will be improved in future.

Morning breakfast & Rooftop Pool. Open Shower was not working properly. There are lot of birds (Peogion) hover over the pool & makes it dirty. The Pool attendent was nice guy.

Transparency in selected package, and communication from the staff on selected package is very disappointment. Very poor communication and there is no intent that to resolve the guest issue. I don’t select Lemon Tree again.

The rooms felt modern and was very clean

Diner is very tasty and healthy good for healthy and Naveen Sharma is very good staff in hotel very helpful and good nature and behaviour was is amazing and also hotel was is amazing.

Amazing ambience. Excellent food and grt variety of dishes in buffet

Great service by Naveen and Pankaj in the restaurant. Good room and other amenities. Wifi was not having any network on the day I stayed hence 1 rating less but otherwise great experience.
