- piscina exterior fantástica - edifício histórico recuperado e é incrível - SPA - animação noturna - quarto - instalações muito bem cuidadas

- alguns funcionários pouco conhecedores. - pequeno almoço não tão bom como em outros hotéis do grupo - barco para a ilha de Tavira pago e com poucos horários

Great gardens and pool area, despite not being a new hotel, all common areas looked very well maintained including the pool area. A convenient shuttle boat to Tavira Island was also available (at an extra fee).

Cleaning in the rooms was quite bad with a lot of hairs everywhere. Ac unit quite loud and since we were assigned a communicating room we could hear our neighbors snoring. So sleeping quality was poor. Breakfast was also very standard, for the price we paid we expected better.

Lovely hotel but a bit far from a village or shop very comfortable the staff and entertainment staff were great especially Julio and Madelina

Some of the buffet food could have been hotter but there was a good variety. The bottled water was very expensive but good value in wine and beer
