"Etablissement fonctionnant en sous-éffectif"

- Pas de wifi dans ma chambre. Il fallait s'approcher de l'ascenseur pour capter un signal. - Douche qui se bloque en mode bouillant - Brosse à dents usagée trouvée dans la salle de bain à mon arrivée - A 19h, j'ai attendu 15 minutes au bar car le seul barman s'occupait du bar et de la terrasse - Le restaurant s'ouvre à 19h30. A 19h40, il ne prenait plus de clients car il y avait des tables ouvertes mais pas de personnel pour servir - Pour accéder à la piscine, frais supplémenaires facturés = 20€

"Très bien, à part quelques détails..."

Un petit week end à deux. La chambre avec vue sur mer est grande et confortable. Nous avons diné au restaurant et c'était très bon. Les soins au spa ont été très satisfaisants. Un petit bémol sur l'entretien global de l’hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement : façade, équipements du spa, des petits éléments cassés dans la chambre. Bref, pas parfait mais très sympa!

"Accueil restaurant très décevant "

Rien à dire sur la qualité de la chambre mais l accueil au restaurant est déplorable et loin d être à la hauteur de ce type de standing!!! J arrive à l hôtel a 20h et demande si je peux dîner avec deux autres personnes vers 20h30… aucun problème selon le personnel de l accueil. Pour autant on se se fait proprement refoulé au restaurant faute de place (beaucoup de tables vides!?). A aucun moment le responsable a cherché une solution comme nous proposer de patienter au bar le temps qu une place se libère… Arrogant, sourire narquois et mépris !!!! Le lendemain je l ai signalé a l accueil!! Bref, peu enclin pour y retourner

Séjour parfait. Les employés sont tous très accueillant. Rien à dire niveau Propreté. Le restaurant est délicieux. Il manque peut-être une petite animation de soirée le vendredi ou le samedi.
