VIVA Cala Mesquida Resort & Spa

Close to the beach. Great space in room. Fabulous breakfast. Great for families with everything set up for family groups. Full meal package would have been a very good deal but we chose breakfast only which was still great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Italian Restaurant on site was a lovely experience with delicious food and wines and expert staff. We did the hour cliffside walk to quieter beach which was a little challenging (should of taken water) but a highlight for us. We did find the sports bar inside was much quieter and cooler, with drinks in glass not plastic which was lovely.

Generally Too busy for us with small children dominating every aspect of hotel, even the adult only pool and quiet spaces and jacuzzi pool.

This hotel is great for families and children. There are many swimming pools, playgrounds, and activities for kids. Everything was very clean, which was important to me because I pay a lot of attention to cleanliness. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily.

The hotel does not look as good as in the photos. It is quite old and shows signs of wear. Unfortunately, although we requested a double bed, we received two single beds pushed together. This was inconvenient because our one-year-old child was sleeping between us. We were told that a mattress topper would be provided, but it was actually two separate toppers for the single beds, so the problem was not solved. The breakfasts offered a lot of food, but unfortunately the quality and taste were not very good. Also, none of the swimming pools were heated, even though the hotel advertises two heated pools. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but the water was too cold for our baby boy.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje urozmaicone i smaczne jedzenie, dzięki któremu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Dużym atutem były również wieczorne animacje- przygotowane z pomysłem i prowadzone w świetnej atmosferze. Największym sukcesem hotelu jest jednak jego personel. Pracownicy byli niezwykle zaangażowani, pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci, co sprawiało, że czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Dodatkowo bardzo miłym gestem był bezpłatny upgrade pokoju, za który jesteśmy wdzięczni. Hotel może pochwalić się także pięknym widokiem z tarasu oraz doskonałą lokalizacją- zaledwie minutę spacerem od jednej z najpiękniejszych plaż w okolicy.

Jedynym aspektem wymagającym poprawy była organizacja pościeli. Na trzy osoby przygotowano tylko jedno duże przykrycie. Co prawda znaleźliśmy dodatkowe kołdry w szafie, jednak nie były one wyposażone w poszewki, co nieco obniżyło komfort pobytu.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit mooie resort. Er is veel te doen voor kinderen, waardoor het een ideale bestemming is voor gezinnen. Het strand ligt direct naast het resort en er zijn meerdere buitenzwembaden. Daarnaast is er ook een binnenzwembad, wat erg fijn is wanneer het weer wat minder is. Alles was netjes en schoon. Wij hadden een huurauto en konden gemakkelijk parkeren op de parkeerplaats van het hotel. We zouden dit resort zeker aanbevelen.
