Hotel Manapany

We had an incredible 4 night stay here. The staff was amazing especially Victor (the concierge) who went above and beyond and really made the trip special for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Charming hotel but the service is not five stars, the staff seemed new and inexperienced. Concierge was slow to respond by email and sometimes did not respond at all. This is not a busy hotel. The restaurant food was very basic with a small selection of small bites and nothing substantial to eat. Housekeeping was outstanding but the rooms themselves are dark, uncomfortable, and full of mosquitos. Make sure you rent a car through the hotel so you can drive up to your room. Public transportation or taxis are not a realistic option. The hotel is location in a quiet part of the island far from any attractions and the beach it is located on is rocky and unlike the other white sand beaches. The hotel pool was very dirty because they had just thrown a pool party the day we arrived. There are nice areas to sit by the beach and by the pool, but with slow service and not much on the menu. Basically the same limited options as room service. The staff was warm and friendly but lacked the finesse of a luxury hotel. This is a more of a casual, beach-house type accomodation and not a high-end boutique hotel. Maybe better for a group of friends or solo traveler.

Beautiful small resort on the beach.

Absolutely underrated hotel. Set in a beautiful setting right on the water, surrounded by a gorgeous beach (keep in mind there are big waves, great for surfing but not good for small children). We loved taking surf lessons, the amazing breakfast and especially the incredible massage right by the ocean. The staff is very attentive and the food is better (fresh, tasty) than most of the cool / fancy places on the island. Such a peaceful yet active environment. Will definitely stay here again.

Minor details but because of the big mountain close to hotel, there is no more sun after 4pm in winter. Terrible cigarette smell from driver who took us back to airport.

Whilst the staff and service was great, the hotel itself is an eye sore. The beds are uncomfortable, there is very little to do on offer at the hotel itself and the dining options were horrible.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in December. We loved it from the moment we arrived. We cannot recommend Manapany enough!! The staff were superb (in particular Sara!), and there were so many lovely gestures made throughout our stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Hotel was just simply amazing! Hotel has a fantastic pool area and very cosy not overcrowded beach area. Spacious and beautiful rooms, with all necessary amenities. Thank you to the hotel for hotel presents! Staff was exceptional from check-in, at restaurant beach, concierge and etc. All ladies working very friendly, service minded - so the best compliments. I also appreciate hotel’s focus on sustainability, no plastic water bottles, bags etc Very nice yoga session. Hotel offers complimentary pick up from the ferry.

That there were no restaurants around, so needed to take taxi to the restaurant. But staff was always friendly to arrange taxi - so it was not a problem. This hotel is better for the ones, who want to take it easy, relax and not so middle in the action.

Nice room ; excellent comfortable bed, near the airport and Gustavia and St James beach. Angela was amazing ! She was very friendly , always looking to help you with everything. She arranged a late checkout because our flight leaves at 4pm, something very unusual in St Barth !!! She made the difference .

Too many stairs from the lobby to the suite and the breakfast could be better.
