"Was ok, probably wouldn’t stay again."

The cafe area was really clean and the front desk woman when we checked in was very nice.

Our bathroom definitely wasn’t the cleanest. The door to the bathroom was filthy and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The shower head and the dispensers were absolutely disgusting. I ran out of body wash mid shower that should have been refilled during before our stay. Stains on the ceilings.

I think the property is just as good as it’s people. I do appreciate front desk manages: Kat and Angela. They are always professional and very hospitable. When I first got there, I asked one other front desk manager to give me a call if there was a possibility of an earlier check-in and I never got a call. Moreover, she was very short and not as hospitable. She could learn from the other two. People is what sells me on the property. If they’re hospitable, I’ll be more prone to stay, even if the property is not as good as its competitors.

One of the front desk managers need to be a bit more hospitable. Try to make people feel welcome.

"Great 2 day stay."

The check in process and getting to the room was very fast. The rooms are nice big rooms with a separate couch. The hotel is great for one or 2 quick nights in the area. lots of restaurants near. The major highways are only minutes from this hotel

The was a lot of snow in the parking lot.
