"Gran hotel con todo lo que puedes imaginar con trato inmejorable a gran precio."

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato del personal y la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza y la habitación también son destacables se está muy cómodo y no le falta detalle. El desayuno muy completo pero no es de los más grandes. Cerca de la playa y las piscinas y zonas verdes muy limpias y grandes. Muchos bares y zonas para relajarse.

La verdad lo único que no me ha gustado ha sido la zona de "salón" de la suite que tenía un sofá que sonaba mucho y era algo incomodo, pero no hay problema ya que tanto en el sofá como en la habitación hay TV.

"Terrible, waste of money and now questioning my trust in booking.com"

Absolutely nothing, it was a disappointment from the moment we arrived

The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful, the pool area was filthy including dead insects in the children’s pool, the rooms are old and dirty the kettle didn’t even work, we couldn’t check into our room until after 3pm when we were only staying for one night so when we finally saw the room we left and drove home no way was I staying any longer in that dump

Todo, desde el trato cercano y siempre complaciente del personal, hasta las instalaciones

Que hubiera tantos mosquitos en la habitación la primera noche....deberían de adelantarse a que el cliente lo diga y si ya es común en esta época poner directamente enchufes antimosquitos.

Todo en general, la habitación una pasada con acceso directo a la piscina. El restaurante buffet de calidad. Todo estuvo magnífico, sin grandes aglomeraciones para poder disfrutar del descanso. Sin duda volveremos

Los mosquitos en habitación, pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar, spray anti mosquitos y solucionado
