The hotel is situated on the main beach road /promenade through Aquadulce and if you enjoy walking along the coastal paths, cycling, sunbathing on the beach then this is a great place to stay. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink and the weather was fantastic for early April. The hotel itself is average. The rooms are reasonably clean but could be better. The hotel is let down by things that perhaps we take for granted in UK and the overall hotel maintenance is average with silly items not being rectified before we took up residence ie hairdryer located in the bathroom was broken, only cold water available when we needed showers in the early evening. The hotel needs a little TLC to transform it into the 4* hotel it should be. We only ate breakfast in the hotel once as it was pretty poor although a fantastic selection was available for all nationalities. The cooked breakfast buffet was cold and greasy. No tea was available and the coffee was definitely to a required taste. Due to the hot weather, no butter or fresh milk is available only margarine and UHT milk.There were however, plenty of cold meats, cheeses, breakfast cereals etc if that is what suits your requirements. Overall, the hotel is fine and in a great location. it's a great place to stay if you want to use it as a base to explore Almeria, Roquetas and other beautiful parts of Spain.

The staff were helpful,except you cannot get ice and they wont give you any.
