The room was clean and the location was convenient. However, the appalling behavior of the staff made it impossible to enjoy any aspect of this stay.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the appalling behavior of an elderly male staff member with gray hair and glasses. Upon arrival, I was told valet parking was mandatory, which directly contradicts the hotel’s description on Booking.com stating "Free private parking (no reservation needed)" with no mention of valet services or mandatory key handover. Noticing my hesitation to hand over my keys to a stranger, this individual condescendingly asked, “Is your car a Ferrari?” in a very contemptuous tone and continued to dismiss my concerns with further rude remarks. When I politely requested my room key first so I could unload my luggage, he became aggressive and threatened to tow my car if I didn’t give him my key later. I never refused to follow their policy; I simply wanted to handle my belongings first. The atmosphere was unwelcoming from the start, with hostile signs regarding towing posted everywhere. Instead of explaining policies with even a shred of decency, this man used them as a weapon to bully and mock me. I felt coerced, disrespected, and unwelcome. If he cannot explain hotel policies professionally and politely, he has no business working in hospitality. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you value basic respect and honest communication.

Very clean and centrally located and safe. Parking underground was good and clean. I was given a room facing the back, which I love coz it’s super quiet at night for a good sleep.

They charge for holding on to your carryon for $10 cash.

This was a great safe place to explore the city outside of downtown! The staff were very friendly and the included parking a bonus!
