This hotel has been recently refurbished and the designer included everything you need in a really aesthetically beautiful way. The accent colour is my favourite colour and I loved it! I took a few ideas away with me for my own home. There is a restaurant for convenient breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is a little way out of central Waterford but it is not a problem as there is free parking and it is great for country drives.

No mini fridge, out of Moretti Draft beer, high tech digital heater unable to activate. No 24 hour room service.

Staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food. I also liked the location as I had an early morning appointment at UPMC Whitfield.

Convenient location and clean, attractive rooms.

I wish it were a little closer to Waterford city center, but VERY easy to get to town.

I had booked a superior room wasn’t given was quiet small a wheel assisted when I was for a walk in shower instead over all was ok would have preferred a larger room as requested
