Yen Vang Hotel & Apartment

First thing that stood out to me was the big window - I really enjoyed the light flooded and spacious room. I really appreciated the staff and Mr Hue making my stay amazing! Whenever I asked something or wanted to extend he immediately helped me out! Also a big thanks to the cleaning ladies who cleaned my room everyday!

That I had to leave

- really nice and big room - cleaning service was great - staff is extremely helpful - close to the beach - in overall it's a really good and reasonable option for this price.

- the neighborhood might be noisy at night. Mostly barking dogs (I don't mind, but you might want to know about it. ps: they are not dangerous) - the area is a bit far from the main landmarks - toilet smells funny ;)

담시장과 가깝다는 점이 최고 장점이에요. 다른 리조트에서 묵다가 마지막 날 시내 구경도 좀 할 겸 담시장 근처에서 하루 방을 잡고 당일 밤에 공항으로 출발했어요. 공항으로 가는 차를 11시에 불러달라고 부탁했는데 문제 없이 정해진 가격으로 시간 맞춰 준비해주셔서 좋았고, 미니바에 음료가 구비되어 있는데 금액이 비싸지 않아서 편히 마셨습니다. 하루 잠깐 머물렀다 가기에 괜찮았습니다

에어컨의 성능이 부족한 건지 아무리 틀어도 방이 시원해지지 않았습니다.. 선풍기는 프레임에 먼지가 너무 많아서 틀기 꺼려졌고 창문은 열어도 시원해지지 않았고, 소음 문제로 열 수 없었습니다. 오후부터 저녁까지건물 바로 앞 길에 현지인 분들이 마이크와 스피커를 꺼내서 노래를 부르시더라고요… 잠깐 한두곡 부르시는 것도 아니고 몇시간을 여러 사람이 돌아가며 부르는데 저희가 6층이었는데 창문을 모두 닫아도 노래 소리가 너무 크게 들렸습니다. 하루 이상 묵을 숙소는 아닌 듯합니다.

Жили в Нячанге около 3 недель, очень хорошие апартаменты на 3-4 гостей. Две спальни, общая гостиная и кухня. Очень чисто, мебель в хорошем состоянии, уборка и смена полотенец и белья каждый день. Если планируете готовить дома, то посуду можно попросить у персонала - так и с делали. Ребята на ресепшене дружелюбные, готовы помочь и ответить на вопросы. Расположение отеля удачное, с одной стороны центр города, с другой, вокруг нет шумных отелей-гигантов, близость рынка нам не мешала - никакого шума по утрам не было. До городского пляжа пешком 10 минут. Спасибо хозяевам, мы остались очень довольны!

в нашем варианте размещения из холодильников был только мини-бар. В него, конечно, можно при желании все вместить, но иногда бывает неудобно.

I stayed 30 days on the 6th floor in a big room with a view of the city and mountains. The view and the room were very nice. The bed and mattress were high and comfortable to sleep on. Every day I had 2 small bottles of water for free. Also, there were other snacks in the fridge for reasonable prices. The fridge did not make noise. The whole room could be darkened very well with curtains. The hotel staff was very kind and always willing to help when I needed something. You can wash laundry at the hotel, 1 kg for 40,000 VND. The mirror in the bathroom had good lighting. The shower was nice and the water drained well. They changed my towels every day even when it was not necessary, so that was great. There are light switches near the bed, so you do not have to get up at night. The air conditioning is quiet and works well. The closets were big and spacious with hangers inside. If I come back, I have no problem staying at the same place again. About 1 minute from the hotel is a market where I bought mango every morning. The area is also very good if you want street food during the day or evening.

These are more notes than real cons. They are small things and my stay was still pleasant. Sometimes I found small ants in the room coming from somewhere. But I heard this is common everywhere in Vietnam. There were few ants and it can be fixed by spraying the place with spray. You just need to ask the staff, they are willing to help. The kitchen equipment could be a little better. There is only one glass, maybe one fork and a small plate would be good. I believe if you ask the staff they will offer more. But I did not need it, so it was ok for me. The room was very hot when I arrived, but this is normal in this area. The air conditioning fixed this problem. A small problem was noise. Outside the window there are air conditioners from other rooms, so if someone lives on the same floor you can hear their AC. The staff was kind and tried to fix it by cleaning and repairing something outside the window, but it did not help much. They offered to move me to another room, but if I remember correctly it was on the second floor and the view would be only to other windows, not to the city and mountains. But I got used to the noise and it was ok. The biggest problem was people. If other guests stay on the floor and walk from room to room in the evening, you can hear every word, every elevator sound, and every door noise. The biggest noise was from people outside the door. One time I had to tell a family to stay in their rooms because their children were running in the corridor and were loud. This was around midnight. The couch in the pictures looked slightly better, but in the room, it was older without side armrests, yet I still did not use it.

The manager was one of the friendliest people I've ever met in Nha Trang. What a wonderful and helpful person he was, he's always working hard and I think whoever owns this hotel should be very proud of him. He was also helpful with suggestions and when I had an unfortunate bidet leak in the room, he came right away to fix it. Twice.

Nothing major, had a bathroom leak which stalled our day! Didn't like that the first staff member who came up, wore his outside shoes in our room, making it dirty (younger guy, I feel as if he's new, so forgivable mistake, he took it off the second time when he came with the manager).
