Yen Vang Hotel & Apartment

Good idea, but poor implementation. I liked the floor-to-ceiling windows with the sofa nearby, the presence of a kitchen - but it was impossible to use any of this

1. We booked an apartment with a view of the mountains, that is, on the top upper floors, but we got one on the third floor with a view of the houses and neighbors. Staff couldn't change our room because there were no other rooms available. 2. There was no cutlery, dishes, etc., nothing at all in the kitchen. What was the point of it then? 3. There were no spare keys to our room. There are two of us, we needed a second key, but they said there weren't any. 4. The room was terribly hot, one wall was really hot - the air conditioner couldn't cope, and we couldn't leave the air conditioner on while we were walking, because the electricity is powered by an electronic key, which in a single copy. 5. The room was not clean enough. It's unpleasant to touch cabinet doors, etc. Also the fan was terribly dirty! There was a torn pillow in the closet. 6. Someone was smoking on the floor and it smelled of cigarettes. 7. The drain in the shower didn't work well and the water stagnated. 8. The receptionists doesn't speak English. I think that the reception staff at the hotel should know English, because they meet guests from all over the world. We originally planned to stay at the hotel for a week, but left the next day. Too bad!

We stayed in two bedroom apartments with one bathroom and kitchen - living room. Bathroom clean and good with shower cabin. All in apartment looks new and perfectly clean. Very comfortable beds and perfect clean. Also very friendly owner and staff.

Location - far from beach.

Small, comfortable room to spend couple of days in Nha Trang. Clean, with hot water, kettle and friendly staff. Would be not so comfortable for long stay (no space, no working table). Is situated near sea coast and close to touristic places to visit.
