"Comfortable, cozy and quiet!"

Jim was so kind, knowledgeable about the area and accommodating. His place was comfortable and he couldn’t do enough for you! Great place to stay, short drive to the Park and to Nashville.

"Small but Great Place to Land!"

James & Jill were super host. Checked us in and showed us around the place. We had full rein of the property, if we wished. The toast at breakfast was excellent along with the cook to order meal. We were quite surprised at how nice the place is and loved it's history

Great property, convenient location for activities in Brown County, friendly host, and excellent breakfast. 4 stars instead of 5 because the walls are a little thin, which makes you vulnerable to noise from other guests.

"Not really my cup of tea but I think some people will really like it."

The area around the place is quiet. The grounds are pretty and there is a hottub. There are pretty Guinea hens roaming free during the day. Fresh eggs for breakfast. The rooms were clean, tons of snacks are available and water pressure is very good.

Our particular room was loud. I can't remember the name of the room (each room is named after a flower) but ours was right next to the air conditioning unit which was running non-stop annd it was super hot and humid. I am not sure what was going on with the guests just above us but someone was pacing constantly. I mean A LOT. Like I was tempted to go upstairs and check on them a lot. The house is a bit older so it was not super sound proof. I don't think this is normal for this place and we were just kind of unlucky. The breakfasts were way too salty and unhealthy for my liking but, if you love bacon and salt you are in luck.

"Very short lived, 2 hrs, not like I expected at all."

The Manager.

Didn't get the room on lower floor like I was told, I had to be upstairs which is hard to walk up stairs, bedspread stunk, TV didn't work, the room smell of a very strong perfume. I told the manager I had to leave, Iwasn't there 2 hrs. It just built up. I felt trapped in a small space. I wish I could of got some or half my money back. I won't go back, but the Manager was very nice.
