The Crane Resort

My room was amazing we used every part from the tub to the outside pool. It was great to host and allow others to experience a fraction of the Crane experience. The sea view was incredible such a joy to wake up to hearing waves crashing and the sun beating down.

The cost for the breakfast buffet was expensive and the food on the occasion I tried it wasn't hot but just warm.

We are already planning our next stay at the crane, this is how good it is! Room: private pool which the kids loved, private elevator to the room

The resort was beautiful! Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the island. The two bedroom villa exceeded our expectations. I really loved the ability to wash clothes in our villa.

Well maintained property. Nice staff. Despite minor seaweed on beach...it was awesome! They remove seaweed in am. Waves made for enjoyable body surf day! Also beach side food was great!

The property is dated, needs renovations. There is nothing to do after dinner, not even a nice bar to sit at in evening hours with music. They had something every night but it was outside and again all the seating was dated, not welcoming at all. The beach is full of seaweed. The check in process long standing in heat, our room wasn’t ready, they sent us to an outdoor bar to wait for another hour. Misplaced our baggage with all the electronic and we had to find it ourselves. It was next to other guest luggage. Poor customer service. Not worth the money! Won’t stay there again!

Absolutely stunning property! My kids and enjoyed everything about it.

Lovely stay as usual, one of my favorite hotels on the island.

This is a beautiful resort with all kinds of wonderful landscaping and buildings and everything is an excellent order and is high end. We loved our stay there and we appreciated the hospitality, especially from Shaquille at the front desk. We definitely will come back! We especially liked the variety of restaurants and pools and activities and things to do right there at the resort.
